RTS — First DDOT coaches equipped with the orange
LED high-visibility Balios destination signs. First DDOT
RTS coaches equipped with roof-mounted Sütrak air-
conditioning units. As a result of a new multiplexed
electrical system, first offered by Nova in late 1997, the
former right relay panel wall located next to the driver
was removed, allowing for easier access to the operator's
compartment than on previous fleets. Fleet equipped
with Detroit Diesel Series 50 250HP engines.

The first "low-floor" new buses purchased by DDOT.
Features include: anti-slip flooring, the ability to kneel,
and the use of a bridging ramp, instead of a lift, to load
wheelchair passengers. Also equipped with the Luminator
Horizon LED high-intensity amber Destination Sign
System, and like its RTS predecessors came with the
roof-mounted Sütrak AC35 air-conditioning units.

fires.  Features include American Seating "Insight" style

installed Byk-Rak™ bicycle rack.  The first DDOT fleet
since 2001 not to come equipped with roof-mounted
Sütrak air-conditioning units — but instead equipped with
Carrier Transicold RM55 rear mounted HVAC units.
